The 2022 edition of the St Leger festival came at a somber time for the country, with racing abandoned on both Friday and Saturday as a mark of respect for the passing of Queen Elizabeth. A modified card was rescheduled for Sunday 11th to finish off the meeting, including the headline act – the St Leger Stakes.
